As you can see from the mazes in Gallery III, I sometimes use tiles to create mazes. With the help of this little trick, mazes of any size can be constructed, whereby for larger mazes the use of two basic tiles is visually more attractive than working with just one base. Although the tiles can be mirrored because of their symmetrical structure, you need at least nine tiles for a two-tile pattern:
